LEADERSHIP (BE A LEADER) (Like a sculptor, I shaped my philosophy for Life)
A leader is a true citizen of the world, who is rooted in making his own ecosystem as rich as possible. Lead through Wisdom, Silence and patience as the route to real Wisdom. Cunningness and Cleverness can never replace Wisdom.
Good leader’s quality is a sense of vital energy and inner Integration. When your energy is ecstatic, nothing can stop you. One of the most important qualities for a good leader is to have a sense of positive self-esteem.
A successful Leader must plan his work and work his plan. The orderly arrangement of his time is like a ray of light which darts itself through all his operations.
Purpose-driven leadership is synonymous with blissful leadership. Leadership is Courage, needs great Patience, requires Tact, Fairness and Confidence & Authority. Leadership is a potent combination of Strategy and Character.
Dynamic leadership for the future requires people with an expansive and vast vision. Expansion of consciousness creates visionary ability within leaders, allowing them to glimpse beyond what others see.

Each spring look at the blooms on the fruit trees, Conquer every obstacle that gets in front of you.
Think, not merely, but Act the Think. Give your time to things that count, Concentrate on Essentials.
Radiate your Influence, Smiles, Knowledge, Money and Success. Be the candle that spreads light and be the mirror that reflects.
Cultivate only those habits that should master you:
- Do a thing once and Tracks are marked.
- Do a thing twice and a Route is marked.
- Do a thing thrice and a Path is blazed.
Growth can happen more through structure, through an organized effort.
Persistence and Determination alone are omnipotent. Nothing in the world can take the place of Persistence. Regular, Persistent drop of water will wear away the hardest stone.
You can work your own Miracles. Human Mind is the most mysterious, the most awe-inspiring.
The Mind of a man would lead all the other Miracles of Life.
You were born to be a Champion, and no matter what obstacles and difficulties lie in your way.

The best team-builder is one who can allow the inner luminosity of individuals within the team to shine like a great treasure.

PROGRESS:
The long run is just a collection of short runs you have to put up with. Success is sequential, not simultaneous. You are running a Marathon, not a sprint (Persistence is valuable).
Progress requires Optimism and Pessimism to coexist. Plan like a pessimist and Dream like an optimist. The best financial plan is to save like a pessimist and invest like an optimist.
